Although George Veith was born in Canada and schooled in English, his mother tongue is
German. This has nurtured a lifelong enjoyment of being with people of other cultures and
languages. After living and working in Hong Kong and Macau for over twenty years and having
to become fluent in Cantonese, George understands what it is like for his students to learn a
foreign language. He is keen to inspire his students to learn English well and reach high personal
goals.
